Location Description: Michael Foods, Inc. located in Gaylord, Minnesota is Minnesota's Healthy Heartland! Gaylord is located in south central Minnesota about an hour west of the Twin Cities and 35 minutes from Mankato, Hutchinson, and New Ulm. As the County Seat, Gaylord is the "Hub of Sibley County." Our location produces liquid egg, hardcook egg, and precooked egg such as scrambled, patties and omelets. Responsibilities:SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technical Training Lead provides both Maintenance and Reliability training services within the plant, championing executional excellence and asset health improvement efforts. The Maintenance Technical Training Lead will ensure results while partnering with the MFI ARM team, plant maintenance team personnel, plant operational team, and all other plant support teams members for success. The Maintenance Technical Training Lead will partner with the maintenance workflow process team and will ensure capability leading to work orders for plant assets in the CMMS backlog are being planned and scheduled effectively. The Maintenance Technical Training Lead will work with technicians to ensure capability, leading to scheduled work orders being properly executed, followed through, documented and value of the job is captured and reported. They will promote, execute, mentor, and coach excellence in preventive and corrective maintenance practices. The Maintenance Technical Training Lead will become a resource to the plant who constantly focuses on improving the operating condition of equipment via improved skill sets and performance of the maintenance team. This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability. This role must be available to work scheduled work times, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.

: The pay range for this position is $31.00 to $41.25 per hour.
