Position Summary: Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and jump into a part-time Maintenance Technician role? We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Tech who will demonstrate an ownership mindset while taking pride in keeping our portfolio of vacation rental properties guest-ready and well-maintained for our homeowners. What Will Your Day Look Like? Each shift brings new projects and tasks. You’ll start your day by logging into our task management app, Breezeway, to access and complete assignments efficiently. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our homes are functional, well-maintained, and welcoming by thoroughly completing each task using your maintenance expertise and time management skills. Teamwork will play a critical role in this job, and as such you must be able to work well with other team members, communicate well and be ready to facilitate delegated tasks.
