Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Training Schedule: Day shift at 8 AM for 2 weeks

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (distribution/fulfillment preferred)
• Experience with automated conveyor systems and MHE equipment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills (up to 480v)
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and schematic reading
• Experience with CMMS systems and diagnostic tools
• Ability to work flexible schedules and at heights

Job Duties

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and automated equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs)
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, track repairs, and maintain inventory
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime
• Support installation and commissioning of new systems
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to drive efficiency

What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Maintenance Technician supports business operations by maintaining the equipment, machinery, and building systems required for productive daily work. This role requires technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform repairs with accuracy and efficiency.

Successful Maintenance Technician professionals understand preventative maintenance principles, equipment operation, and mechanical systems while adapting to changing maintenance priorities. They contribute to a safe workplace by identifying potential issues before they affect production.
