What You'll Do

  • Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
  • Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
  • Maintain the community's buildings, grounds, and common areas
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, well-kept community

What We're Looking For

  • Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience
  • HVAC troubleshooting experience
  • EPA Type II or Universal Certification strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Participate in on call rotation
  • Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
