Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining vacation rental properties across Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, independent judgment, and the ability to prioritize maintenance needs in real time. Technicians play a critical role in protecting property conditions and ensuring positive guest experiences. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repair work across multiple properties Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and basic tech issues Respond to urgent maintenance requests and on-call needs Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and internal teams Document work completed, time, and materials using company systems Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly Follow safety procedures, standards, and best practices Support rotating schedules, weekends, and peak-season demands Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past 5 years Minimum 6 months of hands-on handyman or general repair experience, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, or carpentry work Ability to work independently, prioritize maintenance requests, and manage time across multiple properties Comfortable using mobile apps or systems to document work completed, time, and materials used Willingness to work weekends, rotating shifts, and on-call schedules as needed Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of facilities, hotel, or property maintenance experience STR or multi-unit property maintenance background Experience troubleshooting TVs, internet, and smart devices Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 hourly pending experience, with an opportunity to earn more through bonuses and company growth.
