JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift Shift: 3rd, (8:30
PM - 5:00 AM) Pay: $27/hour + BOE, plus $3/hour shift premium for 3rd
shift We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to
join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery by performing
routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical
issues. A strong background in food manufacturing, production line
experience, and mechanical aptitude are essential to succeed in this
role. Key Responsibilities: Perform general production machine
adjustments and preventative maintenance (PM) on a variety of food
production equipment. Follow the preventative maintenance schedule to
ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition. Troubleshoot
mechanical or operational problems and take corrective actions in a
timely manner. Work closely with the maintenance and operations team to
schedule repairs for key production lines and equipment. Perform minor
electrical and plumbing repairs as needed. Assist with changeovers and
ensure equipment is properly set up for production. Maintain a safe work
environment and adhere to all safety protocols. Perform routine
maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid
levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance
actions. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose
machine malfunctions. Adjust functional parts of devices or control
instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers,
hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring
instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices. Order parts,
supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers. *
