Pay Rate: $39.80 per hour

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair equipment used in the production of poly pipe.
  • Provide support for the installation, upgrade, maintenance, and inspection of control systems.
  • Undertake emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to determine faults and provide resolution.
  • Prepare reports on machine faults and errors to identify and create a maintenance schedule.
  • Work individually and collaboratively to reduce machine outages and stoppages.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent level of education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an electrical/electronic repair industrial environment.
  • Strong mechanical abilities.
  • Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, Controls Electronics, or CNC controls.
  • Ability to disassemble equipment, diagnose problems, and reassemble in a safe and proficient manner.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance management concepts and the ability to use advanced devices for diagnosis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrate strong experience with automation in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner to assist with decision-making.
