Equipment Maintenance Technician
Pay: $28 - $34/hr DOE + Shift Differential
Night Shift

We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support high-tech solar panel manufacturing company in Mesa, AZ. This role performs troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on automated production equipment to keep manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work.
Support production lines by responding to equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
Maintain and repair robotics, conveyors, PLC-controlled equipment, laminators, testers, and other machinery.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements.
Follow safety procedures, including LOTO and EHS requirements.
Work with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve equipment reliability.
