Objective / Purpose
Maintains and repairs physical structures, pipe and electrical systems, mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment, and machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems. Sets up and operates variety of machine tools and fits and assembles parts to fabricate or repair machine tools and maintain industrial machines.

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications
Education:
High School Diploma - preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope of responsibility - preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean MVR - required.
Level III Technician - certification from an accredited institution for welding technology AWS certification/3G welding certification/6G welding certification, carpentry, electrical, and computer (PLC) engineering - preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint) and a capability to learn basic systems.
Familiarity with process mapping and basic quality processes preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and display analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage time, organize, and set priorities.
Detail oriented and well organized
Knowledge of pneumatic equipment, plumbing, general construction, welding, fabrication, hydraulic and mechanical equipment, electrical (up to 480v) control panels and PLC
