Position Details
Role: Maintenance Technician
Location: Madison, WI 53719
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
Respond to on-call maintenance requests as required
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with management and residents
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Proof of auto insurance
Ability to work on-call as needed
Maintenance or related experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
