What You'll Do
Complete service requests in a timely, professional manner
Prepare apartment homes for new residents
Maintain the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other building systems
Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation
Maintain maintenance supplies, equipment, and inventory
Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required
HVAC experience required
EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
CPO certification and pool maintenance experience are a plus
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Strong customer service and communication skills
