Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earths mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood. Specific Responsibilities
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and service for specified equipment, machinery, and systems throughout the Spa facilities. • Perform simple repairs to buildings or equipment at Spa facilities as requested through work orders. • Provide assistance to more experienced Technicians in addressing complex inspections or repairs when more than one person is required. • Monitor assigned external areas of the Spa facilities for safe and functional use by patrons. • Participate in training programs to develop skills, knowledge, and background as it pertains to the Spa facilities. • Maintain accurate preventative maintenance inspection reports, work schedules, backlog, and completed work order reports. • Recommend ordering of maintenance spare parts and materials for repairs and/or inventory. • Maintain storage areas in an orderly manner in compliance with all building fire and safety codes. • Communicate regularly via electronically and verbally to pass along information to the next shift and/or maintenance department for follow-up and/or awareness. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time opportunity working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary from 6:00am-9:00pm.
