Maintenance Technician
Location: Lima, OH

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience and shift)
Schedule:

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• 7:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Overtime available

Job Summary

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lima, OH. In this role, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. You'll also assist with preventive maintenance and general facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install and set up production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Assist with general facility maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Understanding of industrial maintenance safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift.
• Regular lifting of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting of 50+ lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a manufacturing environment.
