* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, field service, or equipment repair
* Experience with automated packaging systems preferred
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
* Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, servos, and motion control systems
* Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair and installation experience
* Familiarity with conveyors and material handling systems
* Ability to travel frequently (road warrior role)
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently in field environments
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
* Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade industrial food packaging equipment
* Work on automated packaging lines including flow wrappers, pouching, sealing, bagging, and palletizing systems
* Troubleshoot and service conveyor and material handling systems
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
