Maintenance Technician

Volt is immediately hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Lake Forest, CA.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC Machines, EDM, compressors, dryers, manual mills, lathes, and welding equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Provide forklift service and assist with machine moving and leveling.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnose issues with motor controls, DC controls, AC controls, and CNC controls.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Expertly change sprockets, belts, and bearings to keep our machinery in top shape.
• Service a variety of equipment, including exhaust fans, compressors, dryers, and welding equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing a diverse range of machinery, including CNC machines, compressors, and welding equipment, while also conducting preventive maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, wiring machinery, and making repairs to electrical components.
• Experience with motor controls, both DC and AC.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance procedures.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
