Job Summary:
Brookside Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician with experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. This position is responsible for completing work orders, preparing apartments for new residents, and maintaining the overall condition of the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and work orders (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
Perform apartment turns and make ready units
Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues
Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of maintenance experience (apartment or property maintenance preferred)
HVAC experience preferred
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) a plus
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions
