Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping buildings running at peak performance? CBRE is looking for a skilled, all-around Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isnt afraid to tackle everything from HVAC systems to general facility repairs. In this role, youll be the go-to expert ensuring building systems operate safely, efficiently, and without interruption making a direct impact every single day.

Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM

What Youll Do:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems.
  • Conduct maintenance inspections, troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Service and maintain HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), filter changes, cooling systems, and heat pumps.
  • Perform general maintenance work such as plumbing repairs, carpentry, and minor electrical tasksacting as a true facilities jack-of-all-trades.
  • Assist with installation, modification, and upgrades of building equipment and systems.
  • Review, manage, and complete assigned work orders using CMMS or other maintenance tracking systems.
  • Support energy management initiatives by ensuring all systems are operating at optimal efficiency.
  • Inspect equipment and systems to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and leadership, providing updates on work progress and issues.
  • Follow established procedures while contributing to team performance through reliable, high-quality work.

What Youll Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of facilities maintenance experience required.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC systems (AHUs, filter changes, heat pumps, cooling systems), plumbing maintenance and repair, and basic carpentry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working in varied conditions.
  • Solid organizational skills with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures and communicate effectively.
