Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a knack for troubleshooting, repair, and precision? Are you excited by the prospect of working with a variety of materials such as Titanium, Stainless and Specialty Alloys, Nickel-based Alloys, and Superalloys? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our engineering firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent full-time position where your expertise in machine maintenance, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with machinery and implementing effective solutions.
3. Repairing and maintaining conveyor systems and precision machined components.
4. Working with a variety of materials, including Titanium, Titanium Alloys, Stainless and Specialty Alloys, Nickel-based Alloys, and Superalloys.
5. Collaborating with the engineering team to improve machinery performance and reliability.
6. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
7. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for record-keeping and future reference.
8. Providing technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven expertise in machine maintenance, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.
3. Experience working with precision machined components.
4. Knowledge of and experience working within the Aerospace/Aviation industry.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. A commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
8. A relevant certification or degree in engineering, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
