Maintenance Technician | Nights

We are hiring Night Shift Maintenance Technicians for a highly automated commercial bakery in Indianapolis, IN. Two new production lines are coming online and we need hands-on technicians ready to hit the ground running. This is a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment with real advancement opportunities.

Schedule: 5:00pm - 5:00am, 2-2-3 schedule

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment - electrical, mechanical, and controls
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks across the facility
• Diagnose malfunctions using diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation
• Support high-speed automated equipment operations
• Maintain compliance with GMP and food safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Electromechanical troubleshooting skills - controls, wiring, components
• PLC diagnostics experience preferred
• Mechanical understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and bearings
• Food manufacturing background a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working night shift

Compensation: $32.00 - $40.00/hr
