The Preventive Maintenance technician will be responsible for the following: Cleaning and inspecting production equipment Verify oil level Add oil if necessary Clean and Lubricate chains Replace broken air lines Identify any oil leaks and clean up any oil Replace grease lines Grease bearings Change oil filters Change air filters Change Belts Keep accurate records of inspection Identify worn parts Create WOs Remove Guards for inspections and reinstall for proper operation
