Maintenance Technician III (SECOND SHIFT)

As a Maintenance Technician, youll repair, install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide variety of building systems, utilities, and equipment that support patient care. Your expertise will help provide a safe, reliable, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and caregivers every day.

What Youll Do

• Repair, maintain, and install building systems, utilities, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including 120/208/277/480-volt equipment and related controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep hospital operations running efficiently.
• Install and repair piping, valves, fixtures, and other facility components.
• Help maintain both on-campus and off-campus properties.
• Work alongside hospital leaders, clinical staff, contractors, and vendors to support a safe healthcare environment.

What Youll Bring

• Associate degree from a technical school or college or five to seven years of related maintenance experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• A team-first attitude and pride in keeping critical facilities operating at their best.
