Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Maintenance Tech II to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Lead with daily operations at the Oak Glen Apartments in Hillsboro.


Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Wage Range: $27.00–$30.00/hour (DOE)

Additional Compensation:

  • $50/month phone reimbursement
  • Bonus opportunities

We’re looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our communities operating smoothly and safely. Plumbing experience is required for this position. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
  • Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
