This  Down Town Apartment Community is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician! Temp to Hire opportunities! Skill Sets Required: • Ability to use hand tools and power tools • Ability to inspect and troubleshoot appliances • Ability to inspect and troubleshoot HVAC units • Having basic electrical knowledge • Having basic plumbing knowledge • Having basic carpentry knowledge • Having basic drywall patch/repair, painting & texturing knowledge • Being able to follow precise instructions • Communication (written follow-up, ability to explain solutions to resident issues, etc.) • Organization (Keeping track of work orders and keys) • Ability to multitask (Handle and prioritize everyday work orders and emergencies) Apartment Make-ready: • Review Make-ready documentation • Make-ready inspections – Inspect ready apartments, model apartments, and recent move-outs • Perform Make-ready maintenance – repairs as needed • Follow procedure for entering a vacant apartment • Key locks (change locks/re-key) Daily Grounds Support: • Walk the exterior (curb appeal, signage, remove trash, check lighting & functionality) and interior (club room, exercise room, business center, laundry room, etc.) of property • Swimming pool inspection (vacuum swimming pool) • Grounds support and snow removal Previous Job Experience: • Preferred 1 year of Apartment Maintenance experience • Contractors (Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repair, painters, etc.) • Construction work • Commercial and/or Residential building Education/Certifications: • Preferred CPO certification • Preferred HVAC/ EPA Type I, II or Universal Certifications • Trade certifications desirable • High School Diploma or equivalent required Required: • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening • Own personal hand tools Call or email us for more info! 720-994-4060 DenverTeam@PartnersPersonnel.com #DenverBranchCA
