Fill and Assembly Additional Skills Requirements:
- Basic understanding of powered conveyors.
- Basic understanding of various pumps (Diaphragm, Lobe, Screw pumps).
- Basic understanding of Piston Filling Equipment.
Minimum Education and Training Requirements
High school Diploma or equivalent with 3 or more years job experience in Manufacturing maintenance.
Language Skills
Ability to read, speak and write English fluently. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Physical Demands
In order to adequately perform the duties and fulfill the responsibilities of this position, the employee will:
Consistently required standing, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to manufacturing environments, including noise, dust, temperature variations, including extreme heat. .
Necessary PPE to be work when required.
The employees’ physical condition must be such that they can comfortably endure this level of physical exertion.
Visual and auditory acuity
Manual dexterity for keyboarding, writing, and handling office tools and technology.

Personal Skills
Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, perform task in a workmanlike manner and behave with a high level of integrity and maturity in all situations. Must be flexible with hours and locations and have ability to adjust as necessary.
COMPENSATION
The base hiring range for this position is: $25.00 – 35.00 per hour plus shift differential
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
