We are seeking 6 Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Howell, MI. Openings are on 2nd and 3rd shift in the stamping and assembly area.
Repair and maintain automated assembly machinery
Repair and maintain stamping presses
Troubleshoot electrical issues, mechanical issues, robotics, etc.
Work up to 480v, read electrical prints, work on hydraulics and pneumatics, servos, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
3+ years of Industrial Maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
