Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay Range: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of equipment and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance, including repairs to structures, systems, and equipment
Inspect, maintain, and repair forklifts and related material handling equipment
Service and troubleshoot overhead cranes to ensure safe functionality
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including panels and wiring
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment issues
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in an industrial or facility setting preferred
Working knowledge of electrical systems, panels, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
