    We are currently hiring dedicated and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technicians for several Class A luxury communities in Houston, Texas. We also have one relocation opportunity to our newest development in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Omaha, NE.

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in our team and will be recognized and rewarded for your hard work.

    A Bit About the Role

    • Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
    • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
    • Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
    • Delivers various communications to residents as needed
    • Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
    • Must be able to work on-call

    Qualifications:

     

    • Hold current HVAC certification
    • CPO Certification; preferred
    • 3-5 years relevant experience
    • Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contracts.
