As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and more. Skills:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
Manual dexterity and critical thinking skills
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance of electrical systems
Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
Inspect and schedule repairs for alarm systems
Perform manual repairs when necessary
Undertake activities of pest control
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other assigned tasks
Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed
