What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet operational demandsRespond quickly to breakdowns and support critical maintenance needs across the facilityIdentify equipment issues through observation and performance metricsPerform preventative and periodic maintenance to maximize uptimePartner with Reliability Mechanics to keep equipment operating at peak efficiencyReduce process losses by improving settings, adjustments, and standardsSupport and lead continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, loss elimination, etc.)Train and coach Line Leads and Operators on equipment standards and autonomous maintenanceTranslate technical/OEM information into practical, easy-to-follow processesParticipate in daily shift meetings to prioritize work and minimize downtimeMaintain parts inventory and ensure tools are readily availableComplete maintenance reports, work orders, and documentation accurately
What You Bring (Basic Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred3+ years of maintenance experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systemsExperience with equipment such as conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and drive systemsFamiliarity with CMMS systems and maintenance trackingKnowledge of GMP and OSHA safety standardsAbility to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentationComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyAbility to train and support others on the production floor
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyWork in a production/warehouse environment with moderate noiseFrequent standing, walking, bending, and use of tools and equipmentExposure to moving machinery, forklifts, and powered industrial equipment
