We are seeking an experienced Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This role is integral to ensuring the ongoing functionality and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as other technical equipment within our facility. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the facility does not deteriorate.
2. Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
3. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
4. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
5. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
6. Maintain and repair specialized equipment and machinery found in offices, such as hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and other mechanical systems.
7. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance procedures, and maintain maintenance logs according to protocol.
8. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a related industry.
2. Proven experience in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair.
3. Strong knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical, and other systems and their components.
4. Aptitude in using various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers etc.) and precision measurement tools (calipers etc.).
5. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A high school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field will be a plus.
10. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if required.
11. Physical stamina and dexterity, the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
