Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay: $23$25/hour (based on experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring uptime, safety, and efficiency across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including CNC and manual machines such as brake presses, lasers, mills, saws, compressors, and dryers

  • Perform electrical installation, diagnostics, and repairs

  • Complete mechanical installation and maintenance on equipment and systems

  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime

  • Work with and understand machine controls and operating systems

  • Perform equipment changeovers according to production specifications

  • Inspect and test damaged machine parts; communicate repair needs to supervisors

  • Repair or reroute shop utilities, including electrical, air, and water systems

  • Maintain and repair small shop tools such as grinders, buffers, and saws

  • Assist in building prototypes as needed (preferred skill)

  • Evaluate equipment and processes; recommend improvements for productivity and cost savings

Qualifications:

  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

  • Familiarity with CNC equipment and machine controls is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
