QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Experience in building, grounds and maintenance operations preferred Good moral character Sufficient physical and mental abilities to perform the assigned duties Requires good communication skills
JOB DUTIES: A Maintenance Technician -- General will perform maintenance activities throughout School Corporation facilities, buildings and grounds as assigned to ensure full and productive use Perform all assigned tasks related repairs, maintenance, landscaping, lawns, and snow removal Appropriately operate and maintain tools, equipment and vehicles Make maintenance and safety recommendations to supervisor(s) Other duties as assigned
