Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas
  

• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems
  

• Inspect buildings, garages, roofs, and grounds for maintenance and safety issues
  

• Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner
  

• Assist with unit access for repairs affecting common systems (as permitted)
  

• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in safe working condition
  

• Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors as needed
  

• Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes and HOA policies
  

• Keep accurate maintenance logs and work order records
