If youre looking for a stable career where your skills make a real impact every day, this opportunity is for you. What Youll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and facility-related issues. Maintain equipment to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential problems before they become major repairs. Assist with repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, overhead doors, dock equipment, and other building infrastructure. Accurately document repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment service records. Support OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives by participating in safety inspections, drills, and audits. Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to quickly resolve maintenance issues. Assist with janitorial and facility upkeep responsibilities as needed. Help maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and spare parts. Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment. Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical diagnostics (required). Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Experience performing preventative maintenance programs. Ability to read and maintain maintenance records and documentation. Experience working with outside contractors is a plus.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required. Technical school, vocational training, or maintenance certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in both indoor manufacturing environments and outdoors when necessary.
