Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing

A growing food production facility in Fort Worth is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to its team. This is a 1st shift opportunity with a stable company and consistent hours.

Candidates with food manufacturing or packaging experience are highly preferred.

Schedule:

Monday – Saturday (day shift; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:

$25–$26/hr depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Minimize downtime and support production efficiency
• Assist with equipment installs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
• Follow GMP and food safety standards
• Support general facility maintenance as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Food manufacturing experience preferred (GMP/sanitation environment)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Experience with conveyors, packaging lines, or similar equipment
• Own tools preferred but not required
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
