* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 2–5+ years of industrial maintenance or field service technician experience.
* Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaging environments preferred.
* Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with PLC-controlled systems and automated industrial equipment.
* Knowledge of industrial utilities such as ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and cooling systems.
* Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
* Ability to work in fast-paced production environments and travel regionally as needed.
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair snack food manufacturing and packaging equipment.
* Support operation and upkeep of mixers, blenders, mills, dryers, and centrifuges.
* Service and maintain packaging machinery including pouchers, boxers, and related systems.
* Troubleshoot pumps, PLC systems, ammonia compressors, condensers, cooling towers, boilers, and thermal storage units.
* Ensure production equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
* Supervise maintenance personnel to support plant equipment reliability and uptime.
* Perform installation and preventive maintenance on automated processing and packaging systems.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
