Seeking prior experience: Rebuilding and installing production equipment; Conducting preventative maintenance and tool changes; Troubleshooting & repairing malfunctions.
 
Equipment: automated high-speed bottle fillers, cappers & labelers; conveyors, sorters, orienters and unscramblers; motors, motor drives, sensors, and actuators; wrappers, casers and palletizers.
 
• Installs new equipment or replaces equipment as required and sets up line for product changeovers as required.
 
• Fabricates parts using machine shop equipment.
 
• Planned maintenance, trouble-shooting, and reducing downtime due to equipment failure.
 
• Training of operators to recognize and report potential equipment malfunctions and failures as well as to ensure knowledge and assist with preventive maintenance.
