Get ready to join a dynamic, high-energy team as a Permanent Maintenance Technician in the fast-paced Manufacturing industry. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual who is passionate about problem-solving, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses a strong technical background. You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting a variety of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular and preventative maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical and electrical faults, within a timely manner.
3. Execute work orders and follow-up on any adjustments or repairs needed.
4. Maintain a comprehensive log of maintenance work for record-keeping and reference.
5. Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety regulations.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting modifications that could improve reliability and performance.
7. Keep abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with CNC machines, Work Orders, Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and Manufacturing.
3. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and effectively.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
6. A commitment to adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
7. A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards preventative maintenance.
8. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.
