As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residents while being recognized and rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

What We're Looking For
- HVAC certification preferred (training opportunities available)
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and general apartment maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pools
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and property assets
- Identify and correct hazardous conditions promptly
- Deliver resident communications as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents
- Participate in the on-call rotation
