Maintenance Technician - Industrial / Facility
Location: Dallas, TX 75228
Pay: $28-35/hour BOE
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am-4pm or 9am-6pm, rotating) + rotating Saturdays/on-call; NO NIGHTS
CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a growing company seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting experience who is comfortable working across equipment, facility, and general outdoor upkeep as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical components (motors, relays, switches, wiring)
- Perform preventive maintenance on warehouse and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and general equipment issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility
- Assist with general facility and outdoor upkeep (cleanup, debris removal, basic grounds support) as needed
- Support projects and coordinate with contractors
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of industrial/warehouse maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience reading schematics and blueprints
- Comfortable working at heights, in varying temperatures, and outdoors as needed
- Willingness to take on a hands-on, "do what's needed" role
Preferred:
- Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, or pneumatics
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Exposure to PLCs or controls
