We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our 159-unit affordable housing community, Crosswinds at Arista in Broomfield, CO. What You'll Do:

  • Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

  • Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.

  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.

  • Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

  • Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.

  • Communicate with vendors and contractors.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.

  • Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
