We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance measures. This position offers an opportunity to work in an exciting, high-tech manufacturing environment where every day brings new challenges and the chance to make a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify faulty components, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
3. Install, adjust, and calibrate new equipment or machinery as per manufacturer's specifications.
4. Utilize a wide range of tools and equipment to perform maintenance duties, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
6. Read and comprehend technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand the workings of different machines and tools.
7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex problems and improve manufacturing processes.
8. Use critical thinking skills to identify potential issues or improvements in the maintenance process.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
3. Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with a solid understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
4. Proficient in the use of various machines and tools used in the manufacturing industry.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
6. Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals, and blueprints.
7. Knowledge of basic safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
8. Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new technologies and equipment.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. High level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.
