Position Summary
Aeon is seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Cobblestone Court, an affordable housing community offering 74 apartment homes in Maplewood, MN.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property and ensuring Aeon's standards are met across preventative maintenance, safety, property appearance, and overall building operations. This role supports the day-to-day upkeep of the community and helps provide residents with a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment. Unlike many apartment maintenance roles, Aeon's maintenance positions offer a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call rotation.
Responsibilities include completing maintenance work orders, performing preventative maintenance, assisting with apartment turnovers, and supporting general building upkeep, including trash removal and seasonal outdoor maintenance.
This position reports to the Property Manager.

Certifications/Licenses
Candidates must currently hold or be able to obtain the following certification within the first six months of employment with Aeon. Aeon will support the Maintenance Technician with obtaining certifications through training classes and/or by paying licensing/certification fees where applicable:
Compensation, Hours & Location
This position offers a pay range of $26-$28 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. In addition, Maintenance Technicians at Aeon have NO On-Call!
This full-time position follows a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5pm. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property-related responsibilities. This is an in-person role based at the assigned property, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
