Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position & Location
Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Belleair Place and Bayside Court, our residential communities in Clearwater, FL 33756
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with an alternating on-call weekend rotation required
Key Qualifications
Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment
EPA I & II or EPA Universal certification
Experience with Yardi property management software
Valid Driver's License
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

What You'll Do
Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
Assist with the property preventative maintenance plan
Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
What You Bring
Education
High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience, or Groundskeeper experience
Proficiency in maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more
Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
️ Skills & Certifications
EPA Section 608 Type I and II, or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
Valid Driver's License required
Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
