Shift: Weekend Shift | Friday Sunday | 6: 00 AM 6: 00 PM (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)

Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems. This Maintenance Technician role focuses on minimizing downtime, ensuring safe equipment operation, and supporting overall production efficiency. The ideal Maintenance Technician is mechanically skilled, dependable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls (a plus)
Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and complete timely repairs
Perform routine inspections and maintain maintenance records
Repair or replace components such as motors, bearings, belts, pumps, and conveyors
Assist with equipment installation and upgrades
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO)
Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and contractors as needed
Work Environment

Exposure to machinery, noise, heat, and moving equipment
Physically active role requiring lifting, climbing, and extended standing
