Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficient production operations.

The ideal Maintenance Technician has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with industrial systems, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical certification or Associate degree preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
Install, align, and test new machinery and production equipment
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to complete repairs
Execute preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections
Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair documentation
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and industry regulations
Collaborate with production personnel to improve equipment reliability and performance
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background
Technical training in industrial maintenance or related field
Experience with preventative maintenance systems and CMMS software
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work in confined spaces and around industrial machinery when required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
Work Environment
Manufacturing or industrial facility
Exposure to machinery, heat, noise, moving equipment, and industrial conditions
May require day or night shift work depending on assignment
PPE required while working in production and maintenance areas
