Maintenance Technician

We are immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician to support operations at our Aliquippa (Center Township) manufacturing facility. This role is critical to keeping our plant running safely, reliably, and efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, facilities, and grounds, while working closely with production and maintenance team members to minimize downtime and improve performance.

This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, and being a key contributor to a team-driven manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time position.  Working hours; 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. for training, then monthly rotating shifts (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.).

Required Experience:
  • Demonstrates good mechanical or hands-on skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time, occasionally kneeling and bending.
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts as needed.
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and in various temperatures.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with supervisors, maintenance and other employees.
  • Must be able to work as a team on process improvement issues focusing on safety, quality and productivity.
  • Forklift and hand truck experience preferred.

Education

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
