About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Brighton
What you'll be doing

Place Health and Safety at the forefront and follow the zero harm principles set out by Balfour Beatty
Client focused and foster a "can-do" attitude
Liaise with the Management team and establish good working relationships with key stakeholders.
Assist management and co-ordination of the facilities management subcontractors.
Inspect and witness the construction site as it develops and become familiar with the infrastructure which in turn will assist during the operational delivery period.
Review, implement and complete relevant Health, Safety, & Wellbeing documentation and processes.
Deliver SSoW contractor inductions as required.
Who we're looking for
This is an M&E role so a bias to mechanical or electrical engineering will be required.
o BS 7671:2018 - 18th Edition or
o Plumbing and Domestic Heating qualification (C&G 6189 or equivalent)
