About the Role


We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician / Houseman to join our hotel team. This role helps keep the hotel clean, safe, and in good working condition for our guests and staff.


You will handle basic maintenance tasks and support housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

•  Perform basic hotel maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, repairs) 
•  Fix minor issues in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas 
•  Assist housekeeping team with room cleaning projects when needed 
•  Maintain cleanliness in hotel common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, parking areas) 
•  Move furniture, supplies, and equipment as required 
•  Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff 
•  Ensure safety standards and hotel policies are followed 
•  Report major issues to management immediately 

Requirements

•  Previous experience in hotel maintenance or general repair work preferred 
•  Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general handyman tasks 
•  Ability to lift heavy objects and stay physically active 
•  Good teamwork and communication skills 
•  Flexible with schedule (weekends and holidays included) 
•  Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
