We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician on 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Compensation range starting at $27.00 to $35.00/hr based on experience, to join our VALUES based organization.

In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform necessary service, preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements, installations, or rebuilding of components to restore equipment to proper operation.
  • Expertly analyze and diagnose equipment problems and/or breakdowns
  • Use repair manuals, parts manuals and parts diagrams and computer diagnostics to troubleshoot equipment
  • Use hand and power tools and Test Meters to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, drain fluids, assemble equipment, clean and test parts/equipment and its subsystems as needed.
  • Use CMMS entry for maintenance work orders.
  • Troubleshoot Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic problems and perform non routine maintenance repairs of equipment.
  • Install, add, modify machine lines and machine systems / subsystems as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Factory training and certification in IDEC, Beckhoff and Yaskawa a plus
  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience as plus
  • Must be able to work with hand, pneumatic and power tools as well as welding equipment
  • Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor and work independently
  • Be a team player
